Cooking is Choreography in the Kitchen.
It's all about vision, design, improvisation, creative choices, executing within a plan and going with the flow.
When I plan a dinner party, reception or custom designed cake for you, the creative give and take begins from our first meeting to the last dish washed.
Over forty years in the field of dance and twenty five years in the food industry all come together, blending experience with spontaneity to make your private event or cake design one of a kind.
I specialize in private dinner parties for up to 12 guests and wine receptions for up to 200.
Wedding and special occasion cakes, cupcake displays, pies, tarts and other sweets are custom designed with your input and my artistic touch.
The best part about having me as your cake designer or personal chef is that all proceeds are donated to my dance company, Martha Connerton/Kinetic Works: www.mckineticworks.org. Your donation supports our education and concert programming.
